Velocity Micro’s Cruz Reader e-book reader and multitouch-enabled Cruz Tablet are now available for pre-order. The Android OS-based 7-inch Reader and Tablet are priced at 199.99 and $299.99 respectively and will start shipping in late September, according to Velocity Micro.
